IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Central Europe"

The Italian National Contact Point (NCP) is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Central Europe".
Interreg Central Europe is a European funding programme that supports transnational cooperation among nine countries of the Central European area to make their regions more resilient to common challenges that cannot be solved alone. Based on shared needs and a common identity in an area long divided by the ‘Iron Curtain’, it aims for a trustful culture of cooperation beyond administrative borders.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities:
- Support the NCP with activities related to different kinds of programmes national and local events with:
- get involved from the early steps on the definition of the main topic and content of the events;
- support with the preparation of the specific materials and documents;
- inviting and involving new stakeholders;
- collect feedbacks from participants and the management;
- Communication to a large public of the financed projects’ results via the NCP's Linkedin profile as well as participation in events by organisations linked with the NCP;
- Support the planning of promotional events;
- Valorisation (designing and taking care) of the Italian NCP social media accounts, such as LinkedIn
- Enlarge the network of professional contacts, potential applicants, citizens and professionals.
Other information:
Financial support of: 32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Venice, Italy.
Start and duration: March, for 6 month(s)*.
Languages**: English (B2), Italian (C2)
*The termination date of the volunteering agreement depends on the conclusion of the IVY initiative, currently set for 30 June 2025. If the IVY initiative is extended, the volunteering mission may continue for a maximum total duration of six months.
**Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
