IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "Green B-LEAF"
Support Green Participatory Budgeting for Local Environmental Action.
GAL Molise is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “Green B-LEAF - Green Participatory Budgeting for Local Environmental Action and sustainable Future", under the Interreg Programme "Interreg Euro-MED".
The objective of the Interreg project "Green B-LEAF" is to enhance climate resilience and sustainability in rural Mediterranean communities through participatory budgeting and data-driven planning.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
contribute to citizen-friendly content on Green Participatory Budgeting, climate adaptation and pilot activities (web, news, social media and IVY posts);
support community-facing workshops by preparing engagement materials, collecting questions and feedback;
collect short stories, photos and interviews from municipalities, residents and stakeholders, respecting privacy rules;
produce simple learning outputs such as frequently asked questions, glossary notes, visual explainers.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Campobasso, Italy.
Start and duration: September, for 6 months.
Languages*: Italian (B2), English (B2).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
