IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "atEnA"
Support cross-border entrepreneurship.
Groupement d'Intérêt Public pour la Formation et l'Insertion Professionnelles de l'Académie de Nice (GIP FIPAN) is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “atEnA - Accompagnement transfrontalier à l'entrepreneuriat à impact émergent", under the Programme "Interreg ALCOTRA".
The objective of the Interreg project "atEnA" is to supports the development of impact-driven entrepreneurship in the French-Italian cross-border area.
The project brings together French and Italian partners to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems and support the emergence of innovative initiatives generating positive social, environmental and economic impacts. Through training activities, capacity-building programmes, networking opportunities, exchange of good practices and awareness-raising events, atEnA helps entrepreneurs and project leaders develop the skills and resources needed to create and grow sustainable ventures.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
Supporting communication and dissemination activities related to the project, including the creation of content for websites and social media channels;
Promoting the project's achievements and raising awareness of the benefits of European Territorial Cooperation among local stakeholders, young people and the wider public;
Assisting in the preparation and organisation of cross-border meetings, workshops, training sessions and public events involving project partners and beneficiaries;
Contributing to the development of educational and training materials related to impact entrepreneurship, social innovation and sustainable development;
Supporting stakeholder engagement activities by helping to identify, mobilise and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, training providers, institutions and local actors involved in the project ecosystem;
Developing their own initiatives and actions, under the supervision of the mentor, to promote the values of solidarity, active citizenship and European cooperation fostered by the atEnA project.

Financial support of: 33.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Nice, France.
Start and duration: November, for 6 months.
Languages*: French (B2), Italian (B2), English (B1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 21.48 EUR to 92.96 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience, if needed.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.

Visa
Volunteers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate visa, residence permit, or any other authorization required to legally enter, reside, and carry out their volunteering activity in the hosting country. Once selected, volunteers are expected to complete all necessary administrative procedures, and submit the required documentation to the relevant authorities. For eligible volunteers relocating between countries participating in the IVY initiative, IVY will reimburse the costs associated with obtaining the required visa, and provide invitation letters and proof of financial means. However, the responsibility for identifying the correct visa, preparing the application, and completing the necessary formalities remains with the volunteer.
