IVY Reporter for Interreg Central Europe

The Italian National Contact Point NCP - Regione Veneto - Interreg Central Europe is looking for a volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Central Europe programme which supports transnational cooperation to make central Europe more resilient to common challenges that know no borders and which cannot be solved alone.
The volunteer will mainly support the communication strategy for the dissemination of the programme, they will be involved among other in:
Support to the organisation of events at national and regional level, including at least one initiative in the context of the Interreg Cooperation Day 2026. This will include contributing to the definition of event objectives and content, the preparation of communication materials, stakeholder involvement, on-site support and the collection of participants’ feedback;
Communication and dissemination of project results, contributing to the presentation of Programme achievements through the NCP’s LinkedIn account, website and participation in events organised by third parties, linked to the NCP role;
Support to outreach and promotional initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of the Programme and its results as well as project results;
Contribute to the management and valorisation of the NCP’s LinkedIn account, including the planning and publication of regular content, in line with the NCP communication strategy and in close cooperation with the mentor and other colleagues;
Participation in relevant internal and Programme-level activities, courses and webinars related to communication, social media/digital skills and Interreg in general.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Venice, Italy.
Start and duration: Starting in May, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: Italian (C2), English (B2).
*Please be aware that all the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
