Support cooperation between Saxony (Germany) and Czech Republic
The Joint Secretariat of Interreg Germany/Saxony-Czech Republic is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Programme “"Interreg Saxony - Czech Republic"", that aims to increase the quality of citizens' life in the border area. The programme focuses on the following main priorities: innovation and competition, climate change and sustainability, education, life-long learning, culture and tourism, cooperation in partnership and confidence building.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities:
- Support organizing events;
- Help preparing Newsletters and creating content for social media;
- Design promotional gifts;
- Update information on the programme's website.
Other information:
Financial support of: 35 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Dresden, Germany.
Start and duration: Starting as soon as possible, for 6 months.
Languages*: German (C2), English (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
