Support cross-border cooperation between Spain and Portugal.
The Regional Coordination Unit of Interreg POCTEP is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Spain-Portugal “POCTEP" programme within its Regional Coordination Unit hosted in the premises of the Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional do Alentejo, I.P..
The Interreg POCTEP programme, which stands for “Programa Operacional de Cooperação Transfronteiriça Espanha-Portugal" is designed to foster cooperation and development in the border regions of Spain and Portugal. This cross-border programme aims to promote economic, social, and environmental cohesion by supporting projects and initiatives that strengthen ties between these neighbouring countries.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities such as:
Support communication and dissemination activities related to projects funded under Interreg POCTEP 2021–2027, with the objective of increasing the visibility and understanding of cross-border cooperation initiatives between Portugal and Spain;

These interviews will help develop engaging narratives that highlight the concrete benefits of cooperation for local communities and regional development.
Visual documentation: The volunteer will capture photographs and short video clips during project events, meetings or field visits, helping to create visual material that can be used for communication campaigns, presentations and social media dissemination;
Contribute to the management and updating of digital communication channels, including social media platforms and institutional websites, sharing news, updates and project results. This will include preparing posts, promoting events and interacting with online audiences interested in European cooperation initiatives;
Participation in events: The volunteer may attend conferences, workshops, project meetings or awareness activities related to the programme, reporting on the main outcomes and producing short summaries or real-time updates for communication channels;
Support dissemination activities by sharing content through different media channels and helping to reach wider audiences;
