IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Italy - France Maritime"

The Managing Authority of the Interreg Programme "Italy - France Maritime" is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Italy - France Maritime", that aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation between the designated territories and to make this area a competitive, sustainable and inclusive area in the European and Mediterranean landscape.
The volunteer will support the consultation of citizens and stakeholders in the programme area for the post 2027 programming period.
In particular, the volunteer will:
- Identify and recruit participants and plan preparatory steps for the consultation process (schedule, methodologies, resources etc);
- Prepare material for the consultation process (surveys, platforms etc.) in the local languages of the programme and help organize and realize relevant in presence/online initiatives (assemblies, discussions, workshops etc.);
- Help with communication activities about the public consultation process;
- Support with summarizing and reporting on the collected data and results.
Other information:
Financial support of: 32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Florence, Italy.
Start and duration: mid-July, for 6 months.
Languages*: Italian (C1), French (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
