IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen"

The Joint Secretariat Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen".
This Interreg programme aims to boost economic and social exchanges across four border regions:
- in France: Nord, Pas de Calais, Aisne, Ardennes, Oise, Somme and Marne departments;
- in Wallonia: Hainaut, Namur and Luxembourg provinces;
- in Flanders: West Flanders and East Flanders provinces (only Ghent and Oudenaarde districts).
This is a significant challenge for these regions, which cover 62,000 km² and house over 11 million people!
For the 2021 – 2027 period, €268 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) will be allocated to support projects across 5 cooperation themes.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities:
- Daily monitoring of social medias;
- Preparation of social media posts;
- Inform about projects and small-scale projects news;
- Contribute to the newsletter;
- Support the preparations of the "Communication working group" meetings;
- Take part in the day-to-day communication activities;
- Support projects' beneficiaries for their communication and branding questions;
- Help with the organisation of the Annual event;
- Attend launch events from projects and small-scale projects.
Other information:
Financial support of: 37 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Mons, Belgium.
Start and duration: From April-May, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: French (C2) and/or Dutch (C2)
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 19 to 33 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
