IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Netherlands-Flanders (Vlaaned)"
Support consultations to shape the future of Cooperation.
The Managing Authority Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland", that aims to strengthen the five Flemish provinces in Belgium and the three southern provinces of The Netherlands, with projects on innovation and research infrastructure, training and the functioning of the labor market, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, biodiversity and air pollution prevention, sustainable leisure activities and tourism, and solving administrative-legal bottlenecks at the border.
The volunteer will support the consultation process to gather opinions, comments and suggestions from different stakeholders on how Interreg should be after 2027. In particular, the volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:
- active contribution to shaping the survey among citizens (action plan, communicative framework, practical elaboration, etc.);
- go out and question citizens at strategic places (together with another volunteer or colleague);
- during the consultations: occasionally take some photos and film (we provide an enthusiastic 'promo video' about the consultation of citizens during the process);
- analyzing the collected information and providing feedback to the colleagues involved.
