IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "North Sea"
Support the Consultation process on the future of Cohesion Policy Post-2027 in the North Sea Region.
The Joint Secretariat of the "Interreg North Sea" Programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “North Sea" which is one of fourteen transnational cooperation programmes. It supports projects focusing on transnational cooperation in regional development in the seven countries of the North Sea Region.
Programme priorities:
• Robust and smart economies in the North Sea Region
• A green transition in the North Sea Region
• A climate resilient North Sea Region
• Better governance
The programme covers the whole of Denmark and the Netherlands, the southern area of Norway, the Flemish part of Belgium, the north-western area of Germany, the south-western area of Sweden and the northwest coastal regions of France. Of the seven countries participating in the Programme, Norway is the only non-EU member but is part of the EEA.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities and support the Citizens' Consultation on the future of Cohesion Policy Post-2027:
- Assist the secretariat in organising in person and online stakeholder consultation events to gather inputs from the relevant target groups;
- Provide updates and promote the consultation on the programme website and through its social media channels to the relevant target groups;
- Support the secretariat in the analysis and evaluation of the consultation;
- Assist with the presentation of data from the stakeholder consultation using online design tools and various Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc;
- Supporting the Communication Advisor with other general communication tasks associated with the programme. These would be agreed together with the volunteer and in line with their interests and experience.

Financial support of: 39 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Viborg, Denmark.
Start and duration: September 2024, for 4 month(s).

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 19 to 33 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
