IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Interact"
Support programmes of Territorial Cooperation.
The Managing Authority for the Interact programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Interact", that support all Interreg programmes and other actors to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation and communication of Territorial Cooperation.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities:
- Support to public consultations on post 2027 carried out by Interact including activities of contact and interview with involved stakeholders (European Commission, Committee of the Region, European Parliament as well as other Interreg programmes). The activity also includes elements of review and summary of the consultation activities and their dissemination;
- Support the Managing Authority in the organisation of the activities within the framework of the Interreg Cooperation Day 2024 initiative. The activities include: support of liason with the team coordinating the initiative, implementation of the local activities, dissemination of the outcomes;
- Support the programme Communication Unit in delivering the communication activities, including: support the development of the content for stands at EU Regions Week; support the development of key messages for the programmes Operations of Strategic Importance; support the updating of visual elements from the programmes visual identity; and support the ongoing activities of the programme in communicating with its target audiences, including through social media.
Other information:
Financial support of: 30 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
Start and duration: June, for 6 months.
Languages*: English (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 19 to 33 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
