IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Italy - Austria"
Support cooperation between Italy and Austria.
The Joint Secretariat for the programme Interreg "Italy - Austria" is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Italy - Austria", a cross border program, aiming to support a balanced and sustainable development and a harmonious integration of the border region between Italy and Austria.
The volunteer will support the programme with communication activities, by carrying out the following activities:
Creating content, e.g. creating short-form videos and engaging visuals—tailored for our website and social media platforms;
Traveling to different project locations to capture first-hand stories, conduct interviews with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and produce authentic multimedia material that showcases project impact;
Assisting with the effective implementation and clear, attractive representation of project information and outcomes on our official website;
Contributing to our social media strategy, fostering increased engagement around our initiatives;
Supporting broader communication activities aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of our program's objectives and achievements, especially for our Community-Led Local Development Strategy CLLD.
If interested, the volunteer can also explore other areas or carry out tasks in other communication activities.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Bolzano, Italy.
Start and duration: March, for 3/4 months.
Languages*: German (C1), Italian (C1), English (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
