IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "NEXT MED"

The Branch Office for the Western Mediterranean for the Interreg programme "NEXT MED" programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Region of Valencia in the framework of the Interreg Programme “NEXT MED", that aims to foster transnational cooperation across the Mediterranean by strengthening joint initiatives in key areas such as economic development, environmental sustainability, education and social inclusion, as well as multi-level governance.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
- support with communication activities: writing texts, short articles and visuals of the activities the Programme is performing;
- support with dissemination activities related to calls for proposals for new projects and/or to promote the results of current projects hrough articles and social media;
- collaboration in specific awareness raising acitivities;
- punctual support with graphic design tasks (mainly banners) and social media posts in X, Facebook, LinkedIN and Instagram.
Other information:
Financial support of: 29 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Valencia, Spain.
Start and duration: July, for 6 months.
Languages*: English (C1) and French (B1). A good level of Arabic is a plus.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
