IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "MARITTIM'TRAITE"
Support cross-border governance and cooperation between the coast of France and Italy.
Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “MARITTIM'TRAITE", under the Interreg Programme "Italy-France Maritime".
The objective of the Interreg project "MARITTIM'TRAITE" is to formalise the contribution of the MARITTIMO programme and the regional partnership to the implementation of the Quirinal Treaty and more broadly the strengthening of multi-level cross-border governance and cooperation. The project focuses on knowledge sharing, population and territorial integration related to maritimity and insularity.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication and implementation activities:
- participate in the organisation of meetings (preparation of materials, minutes);
- support the communication activities of the project (media production, various press/internet/social media communication...);
- support the monitoring of all project activities (work plan, deliverables, timetable).
- support for the organisation of surveys and the processing of collected data;
- support for the identification of structures to be involved in activities, participation in actions carried out in connection with the youth parliament;
- support for writing internal and external communication materials.
Other information:
Financial support of: 33,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Marseille, France.
Start and duration: October, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: Italian (C1) and French (C1), English would be a plus.
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
