IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "IPA Hungary - Serbia"
Support cooperation between Hungary and Serbia.
The Joint Secretariat of Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary - Serbia Programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “IPA Hungary - Serbia", that aims to foster and encourage the harmonious cross-border development of the region, by co-financing great ideas by organizations from the Programme's territory.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks:
- promote the projects, summarize and share updates to stakeholders and (potential) project partners;
- draft and send newsletters, organize webinars;
- document project progress, milestones, and outcomes;
- compile success stories, capture photos, or record video testimonials;
- provide new innovative ideas for the programme's existing communication platforms;
- create draft content with JS' supervision for the porgamme's online platforms;
- conduct and process surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions and draw statistical summaries;
- raise awareness about the projects goals, impact, and importance;
- create awareness campaigns or events;
- create content plans for programme social media channels;
- assist in designing programme's promotional materials: booklets, newsletters, templates, etc;
- create tutorial videos for beneficiaries about phases of project implementation with useful imput of colleagues;
- assist in organising Information days other promotional type of event on programme level;
- help project partners during the preparation for various contests initiated by Interact, EU Commission or other organizations.
Other information:
Financial support of: 27/29 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).*
Location: Budapest, Hungary.
Start and duration: Flexible (from July on), for 2/6 months.
Languages: English (B2), knowledge of Serbian is a plus.
*Please note that the current daily financial support is set at € 27 per day. However, a minor variation may apply from July on, due to the IVY initiative being scheduled to conclude on 30 June and a new IVY project is expected to start from 1 July 2025. The financial support rate may be adjusted in line with the new terms. We will keep you informed should any changes occur.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
