IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "HERCULES"
Support Health Empowerment through Regional Collaboration by fostering innovation from the demand-side.
Axencia Galega para a Xestión do Coñecemento en Saúde - ACIS (Galician Health Knowledge Agency) is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “HERCULES - Health Empowerment through Regional Collaboration by fostering innovation from the demand-side", under the Programme "Interreg Europe".
The objective of the Interreg project "HERCULES" is to improve innovation in healthcare regional policies in the framework of person-centred care and support personalized medicine, fostering healthcare innovation from the demand-side.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
- Collaboration in the management of social networks and creation of publications for them (LinkedIn, Facebook, X);
- Participation in the organization of workshops and events, including a cross-border working group workshop and the celebration of cross-border investigation research awards;
- Collaboration in the design of promotional posters for the different project events;
- Helping in the designing of posters, publications, posts, notices...;
- Assistance to the planning and execution of work meetings, reunions, workshops and any other of the events of the project;
- Helpingin the writing of reports, summaries, briefings, press releases...;
- Helping in the designing of posters, publications, posts, notices..;
- Collaborating in the management of dissemination activities and events, through different means, including social networks;
- Compiling information, preparing and filing documentation, taking notes, helping with the scheduling and logistics...
Other information:
Financial support of: 29 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
Start and duration: from January, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: Spanish (C1), English (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
