IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Alpine Space"
Support cooperation in the Alpine region.
The Joint Secretariat Interreg Alpine Space is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Programme “2021 - 2027 Interreg VI-B Alpine Space", which co-finances and supports cooperation projects across the borders of seven Alpine countries, tackling common challenges and improving the quality of life of the 80 million inhabitants of the Alpine region.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
Organisation, participation and post-processing of meetings
Internal meetings, such as programme committee and Managing Authority (MA), Joint Secretariat (JS) and Alpine Space Contact Points (ACP) meetings.
Training and networking events, such as project communication training, as well as other events (planning, roll-out and post-processing).
Support in the strategy and development of programme events and event cycles.
Further programme meetings and/or conferences of co-financed projects, as required.
Support for the implementation of the programme 2021-2027
Assistance in the development of activities aimed at strengthening relations among projects, the programme EUSALP and the Alpine Convention.
Assistance for the development of the cooperation with EUSALP Youth Council, and further development of the link with the Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) network.
Further tasks as assigned by the JS head (ie, analysis of results of communications activities, expansion of the programme´s communication output in specific areas).
Support for the promotion of the programme and its projects
Drafting articles and the newsletter, updating the project & output library and the knowledge library.
Check and sort project outputs, programme publications and literature, including archived materials.
Website maintenance (WordPress).
Social media: drafting posts, publication.
Photo documentation during events.
Support for the development of communication tools and valorisation of the archives
Videos, ad-hoc trainings, or any other formats for projects.
Support in the reinforcement of the programme's visual identity by developing templates and guidelines.
Organise the archive and record the different elements.
Other information:
Financial support of: 39.20 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Salzburg, Austria.
Start and duration: Starting in April, for 4/6 months.
Languages*: English (C1).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
