IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "OBSERV'ALP"

Région Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “OBSERV'ALP", under the Interreg Programme "Alcotra".
The objective of the Interreg project "OBSERV'ALP" is to build the basis of an observation system for French, Italian and Monegasque cross-border territories over the coming years. The project will enable innovative experiments to be carried out on the analysis of high-frequency data (Smart Data) from a cross-border and sustainable perspective.
The volunteer will be carrying out implementation activities:
- run the project's collaborative platform (platform name: Expertises et territoires) / internal project communication;
- joint monitoring of thematic data collection;
- prepare the steering committee;
- provide support for expenditure reporting
- help to collect deliverables from partners
- monitor downloads from Synergie CTE
- ensure the storage and availability of data on the DATASUD open data platform, in collaboration with the regional team's technical officer.
Other information:
Financial support of: 32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Marseille, France.
Start and duration: March, for 6 months*
Languages**: French (C1), Italian (A2)
*The termination date of the volunteering agreement depends on the conclusion of the IVY initiative, currently set for 30 June 2025. If the IVY initiative is extended, the volunteering mission may continue for a maximum total duration of six months.
**Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
