IVY Reporter for the Macro-Regional Strategy "EUSALP"
Support the implementation of the European Union Strategy for the Alpine Region.
EUSALP Technical Support Secretariat is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Macro-regional Strategy “EUSALP".
The European Union Strategy for the Alpine Region EUSALP is an innovative EU framework for multi-level coordination of public policies. The purpose of the Technical Secretariat (TSS) is to support the various operators in assisting in the implementation of EUSALP.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication activities:
Assisting with the production of the EUSALP newsletter;
Helping and supporting with communication training;
Helping with managing the events' calendar;
Updating contact database;
Engaging with the audience on social networks;
Helping with "Pitch Your Project" competition;
Creating content linked to EUSALP activities such as videos, articles, posts...;
Support the communication activities for EUSALP policy engagement events, working groups and workshops;
Support the creation and updating of kits for journalists, politicians, young people from the youth council and members of the action groups;
Support with the collaborative platform and website management;
Other information:
Financial support of: 33,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Nice, France.
Start and duration*: Mid-February 2026, for 6 months.
*To be consider, you must be available to start your IVY mission by mid-February, in-person in Nice, FR.
Languages**: English (C1), German (B1), French (A2), Slovenian (A2).
**Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
