Support Territorial Cooperation and Macroregional Strategies in Veneto Region.
The European Territorial Cooperation and Macroregional Strategies Unit of Veneto Region is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support all the 10 Interreg Programmes (Italy-Slovenia; Italy-Croatia, Euro-Med, IPA Adrion, Italy-Austria, Interreg Europe, Central Europe, Alpine Space, Espon, Urbact), with special focus on Interreg Europe and Interact.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks:
- support to the Unit officers with activities related to communication referred to Interreg Europe Programme and ETC and EU Macroregional Strategies in general through management of the website and social media accounts focussing on project stories to be published on our communication channel;
- support the organization of events, like promotional ones or innovative kinds of local initiatives in close cooperation with the mentor, the Head of Unit and the colleagues;
- use of basic graphic tools (i.e. CANVA, Adobe Express) and other communication tools and skills connected with the activities to run.
Other information:
Financial support of: 32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Venezia, Italy.
Start and duration: April, for 3/6months.*
Languages**: Italian (C2), English (B2).
*The termination date of the volunteering agreement depends on the conclusion of the IVY initiative, currently set for 30 June 2025. If the IVY initiative is extended, the volunteering mission may continue for a maximum total duration of six months.
**Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
