IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Italy-Slovenia"

The Managing Authority of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Italy-Slovenia".
The mission of the INTERREG VI-A Italy–Slovenia 2021–2027 Programme is to strengthen cross-border cooperation in order to improve the quality of life of the population, preserve and promote cultural and natural heritage, and enhance climate neutrality across the Programme area through sustainable, innovative, and inclusive growth.
The volunteer will be carrying out communication and dissemination activities:
Assist the Joint Secretariat (JS) in advising beneficiaries on the correct application of the Programme’s Visual Identity;
Support the Programme’s communication team by managing the website back office, including publishing news and updating Programme information;
Draft and publish news aligned with the Programme’s Policy Objectives;
Contribute to the analysis and improvement of the Programme’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn);
Assist in preparing press releases related to Programme implementation;
Help the Managing Authority (MA) and JS in organizing virtual meetings and in-person events;
Facilitate communication and networking among Programme Partners, Authorities, and related structures;
Support the communication team in disseminating news and updates related to the post-2027 programming period.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Trieste, Italy.
Start and duration: As soon as possible, for 6 months.
Deadline for applications: 31 March 2026
Languages: Italian (C2), English (B2), Slovenian (A2).

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
