IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "Italy-Slovenia"

The Managing Authority of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Italy-Slovenia".
The Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme has an area extension of over 19,841 km² and a total population of approximately 3 million. It covers 5 Italian NUTS 3 regions (Venice, Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia and Trieste) and 5 Slovenian NUTS 3 regions (Primorsko-notranjska, Osrednjeslovenska, Gorenjska, Obalno-kraška and Goriška), sharing the goal of enhancing cross-border cooperation for improving the quality of life of the population, preserving and promoting cultural and natural heritage and enhancing the climate neutrality of the Programme area through sustainable, innovative and inclusive growth
The volunteer will be carrying out communication and dissemination activities:
- Support the Joint Secretariat in giving beneficiaries advice for applying the Programme Visual Identity;
- Support the communication team of the Programme by managing the website back office: releasing news and Programme information;
- Release news consistent with the Programme’s implementation of Policy Objectives;
- Support the management of social media channels with analysis and improvement of the Programme’s pages: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Support at drafting press releases about the Programme implementation;
- Support the Mananging Authority/Joint Secretariat organizing virtual meetings or events in person;
- Support coordinating the Communication networking among Programme Partners, Authorities and structures.
Other information:
Financial support of: 32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Trieste, Italy.
Start and duration: April, for 3/6 month(s)*.
Languages**: Italian (C2), English (B2), Slovenian (A1)
*The termination date of the volunteering agreement depends on the conclusion of the IVY initiative, currently set for 30 June 2025. If the IVY initiative is extended, the volunteering mission may continue for a maximum total duration of six months.
**Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
