IVY Reporter for the Programme Interreg VI-A Greece-Italy 2021-2027

Joint Secretariat for the Interreg Programme Vi-A Greece-Italy 2021-2027 is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Greece-Italy", that aims to help public institutions and local stakeholders to develop cross-border projects and pilot actions to create new policy, products and services, with the final goal to improve the citizens’ quality of life.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks:
- Create a template to collect information of each project;
- Collect and follow-up with the information from each project;
- Publish info on the Programme website;
- Create an infographic template to be adapted to each project to boost its visibility;
- Participate in planning and designing of events open to general public, focused on the engagement of young people;
- Support in operational issues of organizing events.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31/32 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).*
Location: Bari, Italy.
Start and duration: start from July or September, for 3/6 months.
Languages: Italian (C1), English (B2).
*Please note that the current daily financial support is set at € 32 per day. However, a minor variation may apply from July on, due to the IVY initiative being scheduled to conclude on 30 June and a new IVY project is expected to start from 1 July 2025. The financial support rate may be adjusted in line with the new terms. We will keep you informed should any changes occur.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
