IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "ALCOTRA"
Support cooperation between France and Italy
Interreg France-Italy ALCOTRA's Joint Secretariat is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “Interreg A France-Italy / ALCOTRA".
The programme fosters innovation, a safer environment, and the enhancement of natural and cultural heritage, while promoting social inclusion in the cross-border regions between France and Italy. At the same time, it tackles key challenges such as climate change, sustainable mobility, and youth employment and education.
The volunteer will be carrying out those types of activities:
- Youth engagement - Support Youth Council activities at events or through media content and assist with the renewal for the ALCOTRA Youth Council. Contribute to the design and rollout of specific initiatives;
- Event support and on-site engagement - Assist in organizing and running key events (e.g., Fête des Alpes, Interreg conferences, exhibitions), including logistics, public interaction, distribution of materials, and support for the ALCOTRA Youth Council;
- Content creation and social media management - Produce and schedule posts for social media, contribute to visual and written content (photos, videos, testimonials), and support the promotion of campaigns and contests;
- Website and digital communication maintenance - Update the ALCOTRA website with news, project sheets, and multimedia content; ensure regular online presence and engagement aligned with communication goals;
- Visual Identity and Communication Materials - Contribute to the design, preparation, and dissemination of communication materials (infographics, banners, signage) and assist with improving the program's visual branding.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Turin, Italy.
Start and duration: As soon as possible, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: French (C2), Italian (C1), English (B2)

*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
