IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme "URBACT"
Support cooperation and capacity building among cities.
The Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires (ANCT) is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “URBACT", an exchange and know-how programme for European cities. It supports cities to work together in networks and to develop practical and sustainable solutions to urban challenges that they share.
The volunteer will support the communication around Capacity Building activities, by:
- Support URBACT's team in dissemination of concrete achievements of the URBACT programme;
- Assist with the design and delivery of capacity building support and exchange&learning processes, specially in organisation of events and training session;
- Assist with the dissemination of different tools developed by the programme in relation with integrated and participatory urban development;
- Support and promote the communication on the results and findings from the INTERREG consultation for the future Cohesion policy post 2027, especially about the involvement of Youth, and support shaping the follow-up activities to include youth more systematically in the URBACT programme and projects.

Financial support of: 33,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Paris, France.
Start and duration: Starting September, for 6 month(s).

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
