IVY Reporter for the NCP Interreg Euro-MED
Support the Italian National Contact Point in promoting cooperation along the northern shore of the Mediterranean.
The Italian National Contact Point of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme “EURO-MED", that aims to make the
Mediterranean region smarter and greener and improve the governance between its stakeholders.
The Interreg Euro-MED Programme cooperation area includes 69 regions of 14 countries from the Northern shore of the Mediterranean: 10 EU Member States and 4 countries from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA).
The volunteer will be carrying out those types of activities:
- Support the Management of the NCP website and its updating;
- Write short articles on specific topics and disseminate news on the website, social media, and newsletter (project results and events);
- Participate in the projects events and report on them;
- Supporting the organization of info-days or other program events;
- Assist to analyse the results of the main communication activities and channels in order to contribute to the improvement of the overall communication strategy of the NCP;
- Prepare videos and promotional material about the Euro-MED program.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Florence, Italy.
Start and duration: September, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: Italian (C1), English (C1)
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
