IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "ENERGIE"
Support cooperation for a greener and low carbon GR-IT area
Agenzia Regionale per la Tecnologia, il Trasferimento Tecnologico e l'Innovazione (ARTI) is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “ENERGIE - Empowering New Energies and Resources in Greece Italy arEa", under the Programme Interreg Greece - Italy.
The objective of the Interreg project "ENERGIE " is to promote the regeneration of polluted and neglected areas in Brindisi (IT), Matera (IT), and Aigialeia (GR) through the co-design of sustainable solutions by international talents under 35 and local stakeholders, making them more sustainable, livable, and attractive places to live and work.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
- Support communication and dissemination, with a focus on implementing the Communication Plan of the ENERGIE project. Working alongside the Communication Manager and the wider team, the volunteer will contribute to storytelling, project visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drafting and editing newsletters and blog posts on project milestones and activities;
- Supporting the management of social media content;
- Creating multimedia materials and promotional content for digital platforms and events;
- Contributing to the coverage of project events;
- Conducting or supporting interviews and transforming them into storytelling outputs;
- Exploring creative tools and innovative communication formats based on the volunteer's interests and competencies, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the project team.
Other information:
Financial support of: 31,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Bari, Italy.
Start and duration: October, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: English (C1), Basic knowledge of Italian and/or Greek is preferred.
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
