IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "INNOV4LIFE"
Support innovation in digital health.
University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), Faculty of Psychology, is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “INNOV4LIFE - Cross-border Ecosystem for Collaborative Innovation in Digital Health", under the Programme "Interreg POCTEP".
The objective of the Interreg project "INNOV4LIFE" is to foster research, innovation and technology transfer in the Euroregion Galicia–North Portugal, with a focus on digital health and ageing.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
- Support project dissemination (social media posts, newsletters, short articles, videos and visual content);
- Assist in organising networking events, Living Lab activities and the project’s final conference;
- Contribute to outreach with stakeholders (care organisations, patient associations, universities, health professionals);
- Report project achievements through blogs, interviews and other communication channels, both for INNOV4LIFE and the IVY network.
Other information:
Financial support of: 29 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
Start and duration: March 2026, for 4-6 months.
Languages*: Spanish (B2), Portuguese (A2)
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
