IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "Digital Kiosks"
Support innovative partnerships to implement new infrastructure for the Sharing Economy of Goods.
Municipality of Saint-Quentin is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “Digital Kiosks - Innovative public-private-people partnerships to implement new infrastructure (digital kiosks) for the Sharing Economy of Goods", under the Programme "Interreg North Sea".
The objective of the Interreg project "Digital Kiosks" is to create a collaborative environment to deploy innovative sharing stations and upscale the sharing economy of goods in the North Sea Region. Public adoption of stations will support SMEs competitiveness and foster the smooth adoption of new technologies by citizens, thus ensuring social acceptance.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
Support local teams during the concrete deployment and use of the Digital Kiosks, including interaction with users on site
Collect qualitative feedback and testimonies from users and local stakeholders
Support communication and dissemination activities of the projects (videos, social media content, visuals, short articles)
Contribute to awareness-raising activities towards citizens on the sharing economy, digital inclusion and access to shared stations.
Participate in project events and transnational meeting for communication, learning and observation proposes only.
Other information:
Financial support of: 33.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Saint-Quentin, France.
Start and duration: May 2026, for 6 months.
Deadline for applications: 23 February 2026.
Languages*: French (B2), English (B2).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
