IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "SMALL"
Support shared multimodal mobility, for everyone.
Municipality of Saint-Quentin is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “SMALL - Shared Multimodal Mobility for ALL", under the Programme "Interreg North Sea".
The objective of the Interreg project "SMALL" is to promote sustainable multimodal urban mobility, as part of transition to a net zero carbon economy.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:
Liaison with schools involved in the SMALL pilot and support for awareness activities with pupils, teachers and families.
Support the organisation and follow-up of co-creation sessions, including summaries and visual documentation.
Contribute to development of user satisfaction tools (surveys, questionnaires)
Support communication activities (flyers, videos, visual content, social media posts)
Optional participation in Transnational Meeting (TNM) to support communication activities, collect good practices and promote the project's results from a youth perspective.
Other information:
Financial support of: 33.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).
Location: Saint-Quentin, France.
Start and duration: April, for 6 months.
Deadline for applications: 16 February 2026.
Languages*: French (B2), English (B2).
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.

How we support you

Financial support
Every volunteer receives a stipend to cover expenses for food and accommodation. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 23 to 39 EUR per day.

Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience.

Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
