IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "HorizonCraft"
Support tackling the growing number of young people who lack access to job opportunities.
Associazione TDM 2000 ODV is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “HorizonCraft", under the Interreg NEXT MED programme.
The objective of the Interreg project "HorizonCraft: Sailing towards Mediterranean expertise building" tackles the joint challenges of the EU-MED region, particularly the growing number of young people who lack access to job opportunities. The project specifically targets young people with fewer opportunities and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). It aims to answer two critical questions: What do youth want? Opportunities to learn, grow, and be integrated into the labor market. What do companies want? Prepared talent ready to join them and contribute to sustainable growth.
The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities:
Support the project’s communication and dissemination plan;
Contribute to content creation for project channels (short articles/news, web updates, social media posts, newsletters);
Assist with visual communication materials (basic graphic layouts for posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, templates), using the host organisation’s brand guidelines;
Help document project activities by collecting and organising photos/videos, drafting short captions, and preparing simple storytelling outputs (e.g., “activity highlights”);
Support the preparation of dissemination products and deliverables (e.g., drafting sections, formatting, proofreading, and compiling annexes);
Assist in the organisation and promotion of project events (workshops, youth sessions, public - meetings), including participant communication and logistics support;
Support stakeholder outreach actions (mailing lists updates, invitations, follow-ups), using pre-approved messaging and contact lists;
Collect and structure feedback from young participants and/or youth-oriented stakeholders (short surveys, informal interviews, reflection notes) and summarise insights for the team;
Provide a “youth perspective” review of selected communication outputs and engagement activities, highlighting clarity, tone, inclusiveness, and accessibility for young audiences;
Support monitoring of communication performance (basic tracking of posts/newsletters, attendance lists, simple engagement metrics) and prepare brief internal summaries.
