assist in the collection of information, success stories, good practices and testimonials from projects implemented in Sardinia and across the cooperation area;
support the dissemination of Programme opportunities, project results and capitalization initiatives through digital communication channels and social media;
contribute to the development of multimedia content (photos, videos, interviews and storytelling materials) showcasing the impact of Interreg projects on local communities;
assist in monitoring communication outputs and collecting data related to visibility and outreach activities;
support the organization and promotion of communication campaigns targeting beneficiaries, local stakeholders, young people and the general public;
contribute to the preparation of information materials for events, workshops, seminars and public meetings organised by the Programme and its projects;
participate in Programme and project events, reporting on key outcomes and helping disseminate results to a wider audience;

-
Insurance
IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience, if needed.
-
Contribution to travel costs
Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km.
-
Visa
Volunteers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate visa, residence permit, or any other authorization required to legally enter, reside, and carry out their volunteering activity in the hosting country. Once selected, volunteers are expected to complete all necessary administrative procedures, and submit the required documentation to the relevant authorities. For eligible volunteers relocating between countries participating in the IVY initiative, IVY will reimburse the costs associated with obtaining the required visa, and provide invitation letters and proof of financial means. However, the responsibility for identifying the correct visa, preparing the application, and completing the necessary formalities remains with the volunteer.
